Italy is a land rich in diverse treasures
Overview

Holidays in Italy 2022/2023

From the outside, it probably feels like Italy has it all. It's awash with cultural treasures (it has more UNESCO-protected cultural sites than any other country on Earth), its people have impeccable taste in fashion and, my God, don't the Italians know how to eat well? From the beginnings of the Roman Empire to the present day, the country has developed an insatiable thirst for the good things in life.

After all of that, you almost forget you're blessed with an incredible array of landscapes on a holiday to Italy, too. From the mirror-like lakes and snow-covered Alps in the north, to the olive-speckled countryside and sun-drenched islands of the south. Its coastline is one of the Mediterranean's best-looking as well, from the multi-coloured cliff-clinging houses and hidden coves of the Amalfi Coast to the chalk-white beaches and bluer-than-blue waters of Sardinia. Okay, we don't need to correct ourselves: Italy does have it all.
